Lea and castmates were on Bonnie Hunt's show today and her hair looked even shorter. Of course, it was curled.

Thanks for the link Kramer. You're right, it is much shorter! Just barely past the shoulders now. But I can't argue with those wavy curls, and still think it looks great. Lea at the Teen Choice awards, along with an article on how and why she did it:
