Granted, the"after" photo is less than flattering, and the
"before" photo was more of a non-style, but I have only one thing to

She has beautiful half moon brown eyes. She needs to have a cut that is close to her face, no longer than her chin in a soft brown, not a dark color. She probably would look good in a full bang, heart shaped around her face so that the focus is on her eye area. It is a little old fashioned but some styles are still amazing.
