I've had white blonde highlights before and i've made an appointment to get them again, but i'm also thinking about some lowlights? When i was getting my haircut last and made the appointment, the girl who cut my hair recommended "chocolate brown lowlights" ? Do chocolate brown lowlights have red undertones? Do you think this will look good?
