So just the other day, I bleached my hair and dyed it pink with Manic Panic dye. I think I over processed with the bleach, because now my hair has really bad split ends, and major breakage. I use Dove Intense Therapy conditioner, and Nexxis Dualist for Color Protection and Anti-Breakage(shampoo and conditioner), and also use Aussie Hair Therapy leave in conditioner. Does anyone know other ways to make my hair soft, shiny and strong again?
I've bleached my hair many times before but it was never this bad.

EDIT:
My hair is really thick, and moderately curly.

When hair has been damaged by bleaching, the only way to rid the ends of damage is by getting the ends and  any layers trimmed. Good shampoo and conditioners will help condition the hair, and control the hair, but will not get rid of the damage.

How long did you leave the bleach on for if you don't mind me asking?

The box said not to let it sit more than sixty minutes, so I let it sit for exactly sixty minutes.
