How badly can this harm fusion extensions? My hair takes 3-4 hours to air dry, so I generally have to blow dry it. Will this kill fusion bonds?

Not necessarily. If you are using a lower heat setting and/or not applying too much heat to the fusion bonds, you should be fine. Please note that this will significantly depend on the type of bond material you are using because some glues tend to have a lower melting point than others. Too much heat will cause the bond to loosen and the tips to release or slip.

Try applying heat mainly to the other portions of your hair, not the bonds. If you must use heat on the bond, do not apply constant heat that is too hot. Keep the blow dryer moving or lower your heat settings. Also, try not to brush the hair as you dry it because this extra tension and heat will increase the chance of slippage.
