Karen Shelton in her Blog here at HairBoutique wrote about an interview Dr. Frank Ryan, the plastic surgeon who did Heidi Montag's surgery.
 
According to Dr. Ryan, he told Heidi she could not go any bigger with her breast enhancements and that she is at a D cup now. 
 
He told Bonnie Hunt, who interviewed him, that the trend is for women to go with a D cup or bigger but some years ago the trend was for C cup.
 
Heidi is a size 0 and Dr. Ryan agreed that over time Heidi's much larger breasts due to the plastic surgery may cause back problems.
 
What are you thoughts?  Did Heidi go to big with her implants?

I think her breasts are a little to big for her frame.  If you are going to get breast implants, you should try to make them look as natural as possible.  But then again, I think Heidi Montag is addicted to plastic surgery (breasts aren't the only thing she has altered).
