Philip B's Russian Amber has a ton of hype and is very expensive. 
 
Is it worth the price?  Has anyone used it?  Would you recommend it and why or why nomt?  I would love to try it but don't want to get stuck with an expensive product that doesn't live up to the hype.

I've heard good things about all of Philip B's products but I also hear they are very pricey.  Not sure if in today's economy I could justify spending a lot for hair care products unless I could dilute them or rotate them with lesser expensive products.
 
I have never use Russian Amber.  What is supposed to make it so good?  Would love to know.
