Her health has not been great for the past few years and be it due to age or medication or health - her hair has been thinning drastically. I am looking for a salon or stylist who can work well with what she has- barring getting a wig or weave or the like - and make her feel gorgeous on this important day. Any suggestions for the New York City area? Thank you for your help!!
