Another actress goes for the pixie; from this:

She did it back before the first of the year but I just now saw it. I think it's a great improvement.

Well, I know I may be accused of only liking short hair, but I agree totally with Hawg.  It is a great improvement & looks terrific.

really well executed, great look for her... bangs are the biggest part of this looks success on her, the length change for me is secondary. hers is a face that cries out for a fringe! love it.

As much as I am a long hair fan, I like this (or maybe just the outfit and pose ...who knows), but I have no idea who this woman is really.  I googled her name and got stuff about Forgetting Sarah Marshall (the movie obviously).  On wikipedia there are a few, a stage actress etc but no pictures.  Anyway curious if there are any more flattering pictures of her with long hair.

I also love long hair. But this time the pixie looks great.

Well, hate to rain on the parade, but I don't like it. Well executed and stylish--yes. But for me it just leaves her looking bland and like 1000 other members of the high fashion brigade. I should add that I didn't like the first long and messy look either.
