Hi. I know that sodium laureth sulfate is milder than sodium lauryl sulfate, but can somebody tell me what conditioner ingredients I should be looking out for. I'm wondering what ingredients are better for your hair in general.

Thanks!

Try an organic shamppo or conditioner. I sometimes use them, they are supposed to have ingredients that won't hurt your hair.

Thanks Pixie Lady!

I'll try that. But, if someone does know certain ingredients that I should be aware of, I'd love to know.

Reenie, I have a rather extensive glossary of hair care ingredients. If you bmail me your email address I will send it to you.
