Almonds Scrub

you need:
  • Almonds
  • Honey
  • Egg white

Method:

Grind 1 tablespoon almonds and mix the grinded almond with tablespoon honey and 1 egg white. Apply the paste to your face and allow it to dry. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.

There are many different types of massage oils available at the skin care stores and health food stores. A great way to clean your face is with almond oil. It works for any skin type, especially dry or flaky skin. Do not wet your face before cleansing.
