do you have naturally bolnde hair??
you look asian/oriental to me.
well if you must use a drugstore brand. use shampoos made specifically for coloured hair or damaged hair. Or try find shampoos which claim to ph balanced or are asid based. Thise shampoos helps to close the cuticles and prevent the colours from scaping the hair shaft.
I dont know where you live so i cant really recomend you a product. I

When my hair was really dry and damaged, I used Herbal Essence Intensive Blends. It worked pretty well when my hair was unhealthy, though I wouldn't recommend it on healthy hair-- since mine's in better condition now, if I use that kind it'll just make my hair heavy and greasy :-P .

I just got the new Neutrogena Triple Moisture shampoo and conditioner. So far it's working VERY good on my hair. My hair has been somewhat dry this winter and this is really helping.
