Hey guys im about to go on holiday so my hair needs a revamp before i go, i want to replicate miley cyrus's party in the USA hair but i dont know how to describe the colour to my hair dresser with all the natural looking high and lowlights in her hair, HELP i dont want to end up looking like a stripey tiger!!
