Hi Cassandra, It depends on what your hair is like, and what you want/need from the products. I've used their Reconstructive Conditioner and it is very good. ------------- |

There's almost a cult following on this site for the All Soft as well. I personally use it too and it works great. Doesn't weigh my fine hair down and conditions it pretty well.
