She looked much better before, don't like it. It was a huge mistake on her part.

Yeah, I'm not sure there's any way to describe that except as unfortunate. I always thought she could pull off short hair if she wanted, but not that particular style of it.

While I agree comparing those 2 pics it is easy to pick the 1st one.  But I would look at getty images (or something like it) to compare some other pics of her with the bob and those of her with long hair right before she cut it.  Most would still consider it a mistake but I think the gap is much narrower.

OK this haircut stinks.  Reminds me very much of Heidi Klums current look which I just don't get at all.

That said she does definately look much younger.  I guess that is a good thing somewhat generically if you hit a point in life where looking young is a higher priority than looking fashionable.  THere's nothing wrong with that. I feel that way a lot.

Its interesting to see the new interpretations of 80's styles just showing up everywhere. I like it a lot of the time but I don't understant why this look and shoulder pads are coming back in.

I don't like it. Not a good fit for her.

I don't get Paulina and Heidi Klum. They have all the money in the world, they can hire any stylist they want, they can cut their hair in any number of styles... and they both look goofy.

It's the hairstylist, I bet that talk them into those styles. A lot of non-professionals could do much better. Most hairstylists in my opinion are "Scissor Happy Hacks".

I completely agree, Kramer, except that I'd not descibe their cuts as "goofy". "Bland" most closely matches my opinion. Dead I'm especially surprised that Paulina cut, since I have been extremely impressed with her photos lately. Now, she owns a striking face and average haircut. Bob
P.S. DMB, your suspicions may well be on the money with these two!
