I recently tried this quick easy formula for shiny hair I saw in Marie
Claire. Just take an avocado (which is good for your hair) and mix it
with a Tbsp of olive oil and a tsp of baking powder. Work this mixture
into dry hair and let it sit for 15 mins. After rinsing, apply a firm
styling and finishing spray, I've switched to creative professional
products as of lately. As you blow dry your hair it will help create the
"blown back" effect. Use some bobby pins to pin back loose ends or for
the perfect bump.

I suppose that this is worthily formula, but it is not possible for busy people like me who rarely stay at home.
