I really love Deborah Harry of the 70's group Blondie, especially her hair in the Rapture video:

I was actually wondering if any of you could give me a few tips on how to achieve this look? I have a New Years Eve costume party coming up and I'm going as Debbie! My hair is about this length too, so if anyone knows of any tips I could use to get this slightly feathered, voluminous look please let me know
