I just got a special cut for my curly hair by a stylist who studied with Ouidad. It looks good on the first day after I do my Conditioner Only wash but then when I sleep on it the 2nd day it looks kinda frizzy and frumpy.

How do you sleep on your hair? Ponytail, bun, silk or satin pillow case, sleep cap or what!? Please share your suggestions.  I would appreciate it so much.
