Hello all,
My problem is that my hair is very damaged I think. First of all Im a guy with fine/thin hair. My hair is very very difficult to manage and has become very dry. My problem is that whenever i wash my hair its, its even harder to do anything with it because it becomes ridiculously limp and flat. My question is what if anything can I do to improve my hair and make it healthier, thicker, and easier to manage?
THanks

hey, my hair is very damaged too. One thing that i have found that gives remarkable results is this conditioner. It's by Loreal-you get it at sally's beauty supply. It's in a yellow tub. It's a deep conditioner. I have tried everything, and this really works. it's like 11$ but it will last about 3 months.

When you've got thin and fine hair, any silicone-based conditioner (e.g. L'Oreal, Pantene, Suave) will coat the strands and really weigh it down, making hair look "flat". Try the Aussie line (I think they don't have 'cones) or deep condition with pure jojoba or olive oil before shampooing. instructions can be found here: http://www.longhair.org/oilpage.htm - http://www.longhair.org/oilpage.htm
Most of all... eat right, drink lots of water, and take your multivitamin. Healthy hair comes from the inside. Hope this helps you.
