Basically its light blonde and poker straight, but instead of laying flat like normal people my hair is so coarse and thick that it sticks straight up into the air. It will literally grow straight up and out until its 4 inches or longer, at which point it looks more like a helmet. Its so dry and feels hard and stiff. I feel so hopeless, I've tried different products and different haircuts but nothing makes much of a difference. I just want to have normal hair that I don't have to worry about. If anyone reading this has hair that lays flat you are so lucky. I'm going to try relaxing my hair as a last resort, if it doesn't work I'll just cut it down to a buzzcut for the rest of my life and feel ugly.
