So my natural hair color is a light/medium brown... And I dyed it ION color brilliance permanent creme "dark red brown" a few months ago and I wanna go medium blonde. I am planning on using ion powder lightener & either 20 or 30 developer.... My questions are...
Have you ever tried this bleach? Should I add a filler or anything? Will I have to tone it afterwards? Any suggestions of toner *that could be preferably found at Sallys beauty supply* And any other tips? Thanks so much.  ------------- I love the band Skillet <3 |

| If you have color already on your hair you should use a dye remover like colorfix first. Then bleach and tone to the shade you want. |
