Right now my hair is: http://i53.tinypic.com/264nrkh.jpg this color

I've bleached it once and used ivory lady wella toner for those results,

but I'm trying to get my hair like this:

It's not too much darker then that now so I'm not sure what to do next, and also if I should maybe try white lady toner?

Wow, I wish I had your hair color; it's beautiful! In my opinion, it looks VERY close to the color, if not the same shade already. I wait a few days and then try Wella White Lady with a 20 for a tiny bit of lift you desire. If it turns a little violet, you can just wash it and it'll fade quickly. :) A couple of people let the White Lady toner stay in awhile to get the lift they want, so that's why some complain of silver or purple hues. But as I said, a few washes will reveal a white.

I think it's beautiful. You have more dimension in your hair, i actually think that the girl on the pic looks like she has very damaged and fried hair.

Toning wont make the hair lighter, the greatest option would be highlighting the darker hair with foils to make the darker strands lighter. Doing bleach allover will damage the hair and in worst case make it break off.

So try highlighting the hair and bleaching the regrowth, then apply toner.
