Does anyone know anything about razored lasers and can you explain it to me? Does it actually involve lasers and is it expensive?

I think they meant razored layers?

Razoring is just a technique for cutting hair and putting some texture in it. It can also be used to take some of the bulk out of your hair. I almost always have a stylist razor my hair at the end of the cut to thin it out some.

In fact, I prefer it to regular straight scissor cutting, because it looks better and has a little more movement. And my hair tends to show the cutting points in layers so razoring takes away the ugly tiered look. The alternative would be chipping, where the stylist cuts vertically into the hair instead of horizontally across.

More or less, if you have really thick hair, razoring is a good thing.
