I've heard that you can condition hair then cover with a shower cap. How long are you supposed to do it and how often? I use pantene pro v shampoo and conditioner. I'm a guy with short but highlighted hair. Would this benefit me? Do guys wear shower caps-is it odd for them?

I do not personally know any guys who own a shower cap except for ones who live with women, and then they claim it belongs to them. Anyone can benefit from a good deep condition. If you are embarassed about having a shower cap, you can also soak a towel in really hot water and wrap it around your hair with a conditioner. I've tried this on short haired women and you keep in on about 10 mins, you can also leave conditioner on overnight without any cap, just dont put it on your scalp if your hair is short to keep the grease down.
