Date Posted: May 10 2011 at 11:56pm A friend of mine is on her third hairstylist and the reason she keeps changing is because she keeps hooking up with her hairstylist.  It doesn't matter if her hairstylist is male or female.  She goes both ways and manages to always get something going. Is this a common thing?  Have you ever hooked up with your hairstylist? Replies: Posted By: Karen Shelton Date Posted: May 12 2011 at 7:03am Actually one of my hairstylists in Dallas always dated his clients.  He specialized in long hair and of course women with long hair came to him as a result.  When I first started going to him he had pictures of his former GFs on his walls at his small salon and his current GF also had long hair.  So for him, it was a great way to meet women with the characteristics he liked. Some big name celeb hairstylists also dated their clients.  So it happens.  A lot more than most people might think.  Of course there are pros and cons for this type of thing but I'm not going to go into that here. The movie Shampoo with Warren Beatty and Goldie Hawn was about a hairdresser who hooked up with a lot of his clients, all at the same time. ------------- That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)
