Hey, all! I am not new -- I used to come on here about two years ago -- but for the life of me I can not remember what my username was. :( It might have been similar to CaliforniaMelanie (but not that exactly, obviously -- I tried it).

Anyway. Got a hair coloring question. I want to color light brown hair with just three or four random grays to medium golden brown and I want to use Ion Color Brilliance to do it. I want to do this as permanent but don't want to damage my hair. Is it possible to get permanent results with only 10v developer? How long should I leave it on?

If not, I'll just pump to the 20v but that's my last resort.

It's possible. 10V will probably fade out of your grays a bit faster than you'd like, but the rest of your hair should be fine. 20V is all you'd need for the gray coverage though. I'd leave it on for 45 minutes if you're using the 10... or (since I'm assuming you want to minimize damage) 35 minutes if you're using the 20V.
