Last time I went  to my stylist, she died my hair with a Dark Brown 2 and my hari did not take. I dyed my hair at home with Garnier soft black and it turned exactly what i want. Im going back to my stylist to get it done with a 1 instead of 2 this time but its going to be jet black and may turn blue. I just want a really Dark Brown, Is there a color I can mix with the black to make it a dark brown?

you could mix a neutral black dye with a medium brown one.
 
But the best thing would be to find a dark brown dye that gives your desired color right away

btw what about going to another stylist/colorist? It doesn't sound like your current one is a good one.
 
Not to be rude to your hairdresser, but color hair to dark brown is easy even to do at home. I mean it's not like you are requesting her to bleach black dyed hair to platinum blonde :P
