The high concentrations of vitamins and minerals are also supposed to be found in the berry. From my experience, maqui berry does provide natural energy. It was the 1st thing I noticed. (It probably has something to do with the detox abilities). The other claims will have to be personally tested over time but I do feel healthier. Natives from Chile have used it for thousands of years so it has to be good. Has anyone else taken it?
