However I thought it would be blue in colour and instead it was yellow? Anyway I'm wondering if I got a bad batch because it did little to nothing to my bleached hair, even when left on for an hour. Do I complain to Wella? Or was it because I didn't mix it with the colour touch brand developer? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
