Great reason to wear braids (please add your favs)

- Hot days when it's nice to get hair off your face and neck
- For playing sports or outdoor activities like hiking or camping
- Water sports like swimming or similar
- Days with a busy schedule when hair needs to be out of the way
- When driving in a convertible or out in the wind
- To take a break from the blow dryer or hot irons
- When your hairdresser is out of town
- To braid hair when wet to create waves in straight hair and then allowed to air dry or in curly or wavy hair to give it a unique look.
- To give your hair a rest.
- A great way to apply oil and then let it soak into hair by braiding it.
- To encourage hair growth
- To help prevent hair loss

How does wearing braids prevent hair loss? I have read this before but never read anything to explain the logic.

Can you tell me how to make different type of brides? Also be stylist.

 My hair is starting to come out because of some medication I was taking and to keep from messing with it I  am going to keep it braided and deep conditioned  for about 4 months and  hope this helps. I am using Jamaician  Castor Oil daily  on my scalp  I hear it is WONDERFUL! 

Any suggestions on hair care?
