Ok, I have short, natural (NOT dyed) black hair... more of a soft black, it's in great shape as I don't use any products or gels or anything like that.

I want to go blonde but I want to do it myself, without making my hair bright orange. Anyone have a good, detailed plan on how to do this? :)

I have very blonde hair , a cool platinum tone with zero gold. Does anyone know where I can get good quality hair that is this color or close? Everything I find is soooo brassy. I like bohyme but its too gold. Im looking for weft extensions. Would like to find something that isn't insanely pricey like russian hair, maybe something in the same range as bohyme. Looking for 14 and 12 inches, prefetably in a body wave. Pleeeeease help! I cant find light non golden hair anywhere!! And when I do find color #60 its cheap, or from the uk. Thanks!!!

You will want to use bleach, I'd say with a 30 volume developer. Then you will need to use a toner and probably a purple shampoo. It's hard to get that extreme and you will end up orange and some point in the process.

Thanks for the reply... could you give me more detailed steps on how to do this? I've never dyed my hair before and I don't want to mess it up too badly. Or maybe I'd just be better off going to a salon? Is it very costly to go from black to blonde? (keeping in mind that my hair isn't dyed so wouldn't need to be stripped, and it's really short)

I would go to a salon if you can, but if not, just follow the direction on the bleach kit. We carry the Manic Panic brand and it's really good.
