I have dark brown hair ( same as main color in pic) and OMG i love, love, love this and want it so bad. I want to do it at home but want some input first. My hair's about shoulder-length.
I was thinking of bleaching ends with bblonde dye ( or something similar, as i have never used it) and then a toner but i have zero idea what types/brand/like 'kinds' or volume developers or etc to use!
Thank you!

You can only lift so much color with a blonde dye. I would suggest using professional color lines. You could use bleach with 30 volume, then a toner over the top with 20 vol to achieve the desired blonde.
