The first picture is my hair now and the second is the color I'm trying to achieve. Thanks!

This is something they should be able to do easily in any salon. They will dye your hair brown (you can choose whichever shade you like, your hair is light so it should take any shade of brown easily). Afterwards you will need to get your hair highlighted. Make sure they tone the highlights well after the lightening process or the highlights will be more yellow or orangey.

I would start with a light caramel brown (if you put a medium shade on processed blonde hair, be prepared for it to be MUCH darker than you expect). Then highlight the top and face-framing layers most, then fewer and less bright highlights throughout the next 1/3, and leave the bottom 1/3 alone. And I second the advice for toner on the highlights -- this color combo is a lot warmer than your starting tone, but the fresh highlights might look too orangey for your liking.
One note though... if your natural root color is very light, you might think twice about going darker. You'll have the "floating hair" look when the roots grow out and the darker color seems to be "floating" off your scalp.
