I'm currently looking for a short hairstyle so I can donate my hair to "Locks of Love" and I've limited it down to four, but I'm open to other suggestions. The reason why I'm posting is because I have thin hair and I'm not sure if the hairstyles I've chosen will work.

Number one or three. In all likelihood, it will be difficult for you to get the height without massive product which will take away from the softness. What about going as short on the back and sides but going a fair bit shorter on the top to make it easier to get it to lift?
If you went a little shorter on the back and sides it will give more contrast with the top if that is what you like about those cuts.
How extreme do you want to go? Will you do the color as well? Knowing of your personality, I would recommend a pixie with short bangs sideswept. Let me know if you would like some ideas.
