Hello, I'm new to the board and glad to have found it. I'm hoping someone has a style they could suggest. I'm bored with my current style. My hair is just longer than shoulder length, cut in long layers, no bangs. It is on the fine side, wavy, but smoothes to straight easily. I am looking for a straight style that would flatter my diamond shaped face. I'm considering shoulder length or shorter. If you have any suggestions, I'd be glad to hear or see them. Thanks! deirdre

Hi D,
I wouldn't rule out/ limit my ideas to just "shoulder length or shorter" if I were you. Have you considered growing your hair really long? Wavy hair looks gorgeous when past BSL. It takes a lot of patience and will power (no heat, no chemicals, no sharp edged hair toys, no etc..) but in the end it's very worth it.

Hello Deirdre, welcome to the board.
You are very lucky to have a diamond shaped face - you can successfully wear just about any style you like. Linda Evangelista has the same shape and look at all of the different style she has had over the years.
Here are a couple of sites with photos of Linda to give you some ideas:

AnaisSatin is right, don't limit yourself. Try different styles and have some fun. ;-)
