Hi all. I have been getting regular shampoo-sets for a few weeks now and they hold well for a couple of days. I was told that if I got a permanent they'd do even better. Is this true?

It is true that your set will last longer if you get a perm. I suggest a body wave - they are gentler and use larger rods. You can not set your hair at all and use the perm waves as a styling option.

Generally, a body wave should last 4 to 6 months. I don't like to perm more than twice a year to avoid overprocessing the hair.

Hope this helps. ;-)
