I was wondering if theres any way to make my hair grow faster?? Like a vitamin or something?? The only way ive heard of is to have it dreaded or braided because it pulls on the hair, and it grows faster to unpull itself. But is there another way??

NOTHING makes your hair grow faster, your diet can effect the growth of your hair. Dreads and braids help to retain growth but it do not speed up growth.

I heard hair grows faster during exercise. I heard this for women (as women's cycles also effect their hair growth), but maybe it would work for men too? I don't know! All I know is I'm starting to believe it. I was on vacation for the past 2 weeks and we did nothing but walk the whole entire day every day and I could swear my hair looks a little longer than it normally would have in 2 weeks.
Otherwise just eat a healthy diet, and if you aren't getting enough vitamins, a multivitamin a day would be good. Don't overdo the vitamins though because some can cause hairloss if you take too much.
