HELP....too many issues

I have several dilemmas:

I'm 36 and my hair is:
1. thinning pretty badly(hereditary). I seem to produce excess sebum so can only skip 1 day of washing before it stinks and is really oily.
2. EXTREMELY dry.
3. Curly, but because it is so thin, the curls are not pretty and I tend to flat iron almost every day.


I need suggestions on what types of products to use to combat all of these issues. I use the Neutragena TSAL shampoo from time to time, I try brushing my scalp with a bristle brush to remove the sebum. I have tried keratin conditioner, argon oil shampoo and placenta packs and nothing works for more than a day to help the dryness.

HELP!!!
