If you have cut most hair off... a full wig will be the best...the shorter the wig... the less price... the longer... the more.  If you have some hair on top...you could go with a 3/4 wig... but, I don't think it will help if the front is butchered.  Go for a short wig... because it's easier to take care of... until you can get a handle on the hair cutting... "Beauty Trends"... on the internet.... try that...  See what they have
