American actress, she had a long story arc as "Ava' on Gray's Anatomy, and played the lead on the short-lived show "The Ex List" a couple of years ago.
Anyway, she's had long and/or sideswept bangs before, but I don't recall them being so defined as in this photo from December 15:

I wish I liked them more, but it makes her hair look a little wiggish to me. Maybe grown out a bit?

Bangs are just slightly too short for the style. Check back with her in February when they've grown an inch. :)
