HI I have a couple of questions
I recently cut and hightlighted my hair, I have been coloring my hair constantly in the last two years and have a lot of breakage in the top hailf where most of the coloring has been done, My question is I think the cut is a bit too short and am wondering if conditioning the hair every day with deep conditoner will help my hair grow faster, not from the root but i mean will it stop breakage and therefore help my hair grow?

do moisture treatments, not protein.
too many protein treatements make your hair brittle.
