Hello,
I've got a question. I've noticed that my scalp's been a bit itchy, and I know it's not lice or anything like that but it's been going on since I got highlights a few days ago. Could that be the reason?
Perhaps it's dandruff even though I can't really see it.
Would it be appropiate to get a dandruff control shampoo or one of those acid fruity shampoos, rather than Pantene or something like that?

Since it just happened after your highlights, you most likely have an allergy to the product. After this, I would always do a patch test on your arm (inside of elbow) before using dye or highlighting to make sure it's not going to be worse. If you don't see any dandruff, I wouldn't use dandruff shampoo because it might be irritating to it. If you start to see dandruff, then I'd try it.
So, if it doesn't go away in a couple of days of normal washing, then it might be psoriasis or something like that and you should have it checked out by a doctor.
