Diane Neal, the DA from Law & Order, SVU, and a few guest stints on NCIS cut her usual collar-length hair short back in November...Looks great to me!

I don't know about this one....I mean, it looks better but I not sure about this style...have to see more. Looks too long in the back still but might just be the way she styled it.
