I just wanted to share this new top coat I recently purchased at Sally’s Beauty Supply. It is called In a Hurry air dry top coat. It is great! You can apply it over nail polish that isn’t fully dry and it dries your nails in seconds. It also has UV protection.

 
Anyone else know of a great top coat or base coat?
