Hi Everyone, I have a question. I need to colour this ladies hair.... Her natural colour is a very dark brown nearly black.... She wants a root touch up, and blonde highlights. I am unsure as to which colour to put on her roots. I am thinking a 9/1 at 30 volume. I use Wella Koleston. What do you think? |
