For me it's got to be Audrey Tautou whose default style seems to be a raggy urchin look. I think she's androgynous enough without emphasising the point in this way.

Audrey's a wonderful actress, but she really hasn't had it together in the hair department for a long time. That's too bad. Once again, I wonder why these stars don't consult me for hairstyling advice. |
