I know there are people that are afraid to go to salons. They are put off by different things: the smell of chemicals; the way many salons treat their staff; the reactions they may get from a change of style; the fact that you are draped in a shapeless, inpersonal cape. On the other hand there are people who look forward to their salon visit. They like it when some pampers them; they cherish people's comments when they change their looks. Some find the capes even kinky. Would anybody like to share their ideas and feelings. I am curious and love to understand this better. Does naybody know of any books on psychological aspects of hairdressing. I was told they exist, but never found one. Your help and sharing would be welcome
