I think she looks OK, but the cut is not particularly good. I see better looking pixie cuts every day. Her hair looks no-nonsense, practical, certainly not glamorous. Maybe that is what she was looking for.

That cut is specifically for a movie she was/is doing (not sure if it's done filming) and is meant to be a seventies type cut.
