I was going to post this. Good catch!
Didn't occur to me it was pinned but might be. Either way I like this length, color, style and the bangs maybe more than any previous style she's had. It may technically age her a bit, but fits her face better than her longer styles ever have and gives her a more mature, confident edge I (at least) find sexy. She looks like a woman who knows stuff, not an awkward, stuttering waif as she was on Ally McBeal.
