Hi:)
I usually get my hair done at a salon but i've decided to start doing it myself to save money since I had my hours cut at work.
My natural hair is dark brown which is dyed to a light ash blonde using Matrix SPV toner.
I've already bought the toner but i'm finding it difficult to get hold of the correct developer (color sync activator) in a 10.vol.
Can the sheer pastels be used with a 20.vol?
Or alternatively, could I use a different brand of developer?

Yes and Yes. You can use any brand toner and you can find other toners in a 10v.
